Refund policy

Biamo carries a 30 day refund policy from the date of purchase on new, unused items. Returns for Credit will not be issued unless a Return Authorization Number accompanies the Return and the Returned product(s) is in its original, unopened, undamaged package. All Returns MUST be received no more than 30 days after a Return Authorization Number is issued.

All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Biamo, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges associated with an Authorized Return. No Credit will be issued regardless of the circumstances unless these terms are met. All Credits issued for returns will be applied to the credit card originally used for purchase.
